Dr. Jake Yager
Dr. Jake Yager is a Fort Wayne native and graduate of Carroll High School. He attended Indiana University – Bloomington for his undergraduate degree and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis.
Dr. Yager believes in educating his patients on available treatment options and working alongside them to make the treatment decision that will be best for their specific needs. He has a special interest in staying current with new dental techniques and technologies, allowing him to provide effective care to patients on a daily basis.
Family is very important to Dr. Yager. He and his wife Rebecca have two sons, James and Miles. When he isn't spending time with his family, Dr. Yager enjoys bicycling, playing basketball and tennis, and hiking.

In his free time, Dr. Wiedemann enjoys traveling, playing golf, and rooting on his favorite Indiana sports teams. He also values spending time with his wife (Rachel), his children (Wells and Wren), his family and friends.
